It's been a busy week for parent bloggers, with some great advice from techical whizzes and business gurus. First off the blocks is
Business Plus Baby, where you can download a great e-book for free, outlining what you need to have in place to start and run your own business, including some great computing tips. The site also provides some tips on marketing in this post, which asks
Is Facebook or Twitter best for marketing my business? There were lots of great posts this week about the children's
social network,
Club Penguin, as a group of parents met with the
company's founder. One of my favourite is this interview conducted by
8-year-old Mini Minx over at
Nixd Minx.
Poor old Karin at
Cafe Bebe has been having technical problems sorting out mobile Internet access - and experiencing that panic many of us recognise when we realise we can't access Twitter!
On the upside, not accessing Twitter too much might be a good thing - according to
Family Relationships, Twitter has become a hotbed of marital infidelity! Yikes.
If you're a video games fan, Pippa at A Mother's Ramblings has put together a fantastic review of the new Wii game,
Dance on Broadway. Sadly, it lacks video footage - surely, an oversight?
Finally, this week saw the launch of
Blognonymous, a wonderful initiative from Sandy at Baby Baby and friends, which provides bloggers with a safe, confidential platform to blog anonymously on anything they choose.
